Inspection this morning is a little different as it is a recently closed new construction and occupied. We don’t get many requests like that. However, be aware, even if you have already closed, occupied and failed to get an inspection, your builder still has responsibilities extending out at least for one year and if the issue involves code or gross negligence likely seven years and possibly longer.
