Typically from 6 AM to 10 PM daily.
How am I able to do that? At 74, after over 50 years in construction and inspections, I no longer do actual field inspections, I have a much younger and more physically able team addressing field work. For the most part now I am managing, planning for the future, writing articles, handling questions or bookings and reviewing every report before it is delivered. Yes, I am very busy but doing things I can typically easily breakaway from for a few minutes. That means I am now comfortable being available to address issues you may encounter. Over the past 27 years I have literally created my world around not needing to talk on the phone automating almost everything to easily be addressed over the internet. I am still not likely to talk with you over the phone unless absolutely necessary but will respond to text ,which is not only typically adequate, but better as I am dealing with photos. If addressing the issue becomes too involved I may switch to email or in very unusual circumstances call or even come to the home if I deem it necessary.

I, or one of our inspectors, without charge, will visit the home with you for a pre-offer consultation walk-through. THIS IS NOT A HOME INSPECTION and will require a commitment that you book your inspection on this or the home you purchase with our company. We will walk through with you and your agent, answering questions about your concerns and pointing out any major issues which should be pertinent to your consideration of making an offer.
