Black Cat Inspectors Josh Hedges, Doug Simmons, Matthew Weeks and Chris Hilton on their 9 AM inspection of this stately 105 year old, John Marion Galloway House, National Register of Historic Places listing in Greensboro for agent John Nosek's client. 

Josh is the primary inspector for this property and will be inspecting the site, primary residence, and conducting the radon test assisted by Matthew. 

Doug will be conducting a mold inspection, mold testing, inspecting the roof, with our drone, and inspecting the detached Carriage House.
