Our inspector, Doug Simmons, is inspecting this manufactured home in Asheboro this afternoon for an investor/flipper client. Between Doug and Josh that is two manufactured homes for today. Officially, Black Cat Inspection Services, (coming in January 2024) isn’t in operation yet and our new website isn’t live.
