What makes Black Cat Inspection Services, LLC different from most inspectors and/or inspection companies available to inspect your home?
All home inspectors, in North Carolina, are required to meet education and training requirements consisting of 120 hours of classroom and 80 hours of field training by a state certified school and field trainer (Chris Hilton is a certified field trainer), maintain a minimum of $250,000 in liability insurance (ours have $1,000,000) and be involved in 12 hours yearly continuing education. Most home inspectors do not go beyond that. All of ours do.
Our company is a corporate member of, and all of our active home inspectors are members in good standing, with the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) and all are Certified Professional Inspectors
This allows us to be part of the InterNACHI Buy Back Guarantee Program If one of our inspectors misses a covered item, and you are dissatisfied, WE BUY YOUR HOME.
Our company is a corporate member, and all of our active home inspectors are members in good standing, with The American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI).
