Our Black Cat Inspector Doug Simmons on his 8 AM new construction inspection for agent Holly Sparks client in Bermuda Run. Inspector Gerald Rutledge is there as well conducting his own practice/training inspection. Emily Cabrera will be there to set a radon monitor. Our folk, including The Old Man, are up and rolling early on a Saturday morning. We provide extensive training, supervision, managment, and report review, for all of our inspectors. We train how to BE a home inspector, how to DO home inspections, and review every report to assure accuracy, far beyond the technical issues addressed in their classroom training.
