I hate MOLD!!!

I hate MOLD!!! I hate to talk about MOLD. I hate to smell MOLD. I hate to encounter MOLD. Most of all I hate to explain MOLD. Most have no clue that, because of my extensive training, the books I have read, the certifications I hold, and my extensive experience dealing with it, that I am an expert on the issue of mold in homes and buildings, how it gets there, how to remove it, and how to keep it from returning. 

Therefore why, for two and a half decades, have I refused to agree to inspect and test for MOLD? Why have I literally ignored millions in potential income from mold inspections, testing and remediation? Pay attention, I already told you I HATE MOLD!!! Even more I hate that people don’t understand mold and have no desire to learn or prevent it. Why then have I agreed to begin offering mold inspections and testing? What about the photo of a tiny, apparently insignificant, mold infestation on an attic truss, in a recent mold inspection? Yes this tested positive for MOLD.
