The Black Cat Has Moved! "Over the river and through the woods."

Two years ago we opened our first office in the Mitchell Building at 190 Charlois Blvd in Winston-Salem,  near the largest congregation of Realtors in this area, for our Director of Agents Services to work from.

Now, with our new company, Black Cat Inspection Services LLC, we need a corporate headquarters to serve our inspectors covering North Carolina for residential and all US States and its Territories for Commercial. We also work from our home/office in Winston and Sugar Grove on the NC/Tennessee border. Our Winston-Salem lease expires at the end of February so WE HAVE MOVED!

Over the River and Through the Woods

Past the Winston-Salem Regional Association of Realtors offices in a building The Old Man built in the late 70's recently immaculately renovated.

To the second floor tower of a familiar building next door. Isn't that where you were?

An entire 35 feet to the rear of our former office

We are very pleased with the transition. Yes, our office is staffed full time by our inspector Emily Cabrera (click to check Emily out) when she isn't conducting home or commercial building inspections in Spanish, or otherwise, or setting and picking up radon monitors or conducing mold inspections and testing. Our Emily is a busy girl!

We soon hope to expand with addition of our new Director of Agent Services and anticipate satellite offices scattered across North Carolina from the mountains to the sea.
