Contacts Chris Hilton on the road back from a 9 AM VA Compliance Inspection in Archdale. Chris rolls in, prices the work, checks with inspector Josh Hedges and advises Josh can be there by 1 PM. Client approves, works out access with listing agent and it all goes down smooth as silk. Before you ask, yes, that is the former Hill's BBQ building in Winston-Salem and that is the essence of our knowledge. "The Old Man" ate a lot of BBQ in that building and the one prior to it now gone. Yes, he did drop by and check it out.
