Black Cat Inspector Emily Cabrera on her 1 PM home inspection for agent Michelle Ibarra's client in Salisbury. New Inspector, and our new Director of Agent Services, Matthew Weeks is shadowing Emily learning the ropes of or procedures and systems. Interestingly, on this inspection, the agent is trilingual in English, Spanish and French and apparently the client speaks Spanish. Emily is fluent in Spanish and English and Matthew fluent in French and English. What a coincidence you will not find with most home inspectors.
