In 2009, DH Griffin was donating the Carolina Steel Plant office building, located at 1451 S Elm Eugene Street Greensboro, to The Nussbaum Center for Entrepreneurship we, then Chris D. Hilton and Associates Home and Building Inspections, were selected for the inspection and I had the honor of inspecting the large office building alone as I was it at that time.
At that time including the plant, in the rear of the office building, as part of their efforts was only a dream. Now, 15 years after the original donation, and our inspection, that dream becoming reality is announced.
