Black Cat Inspectors Josh Hedges, certified mold technician Emily Cabrera and Matthew Weeks on their 8 AM home inspection in Winston-Salem for agent Jeff Norris’s client. As Josh does his typical inspection all three will be searching in detail for evidence of mold and issues conducive to mold growth. Emily and Matthew will also be taking air samples, two on the exterior for control, one on each floor and swab samples of areas suspected of mold infestation for laboratory analysis.
