Our founder and his lovely bride Pam owned, moved and restored a very large home built in 1907 modified for commercial offices maintaining the historic character of the home. Our founder has moved, restored, and inspected numerous historic properties and is the only inspector located in North Carolina who has qualified as a member of the Historic Building Inspectors Association.

We do not cancel or move home inspections unless demanded by our clients. This client questioned this yesterday. What better time to inspect a home than in high winds and rain? We have conducted home inspections in hurricanes, heavy snow cover, torrential rain, snow, heat and cold. Our inspectors have been drenched numerous times. Typically what we do is time sensitive and we fully understand that. When other inspectors are canceling and re-scheduling we are getting it done.
