Yes, old/historic homes are one of our specialties. Black Cat Inspector Josh and his lovely bride Olivia own, and are restoring one, built in 1886. Our founder and his lovely bride Pam owned, moved and restored a very large home built in 1907 modified for commercial offices maintaining the historic character of the home. Our founder has moved, restored, and inspected numerous historic properties and is the only inspector located in North Carolina who has qualified as a member of the Historic Building Inspectors Association.
