Black Cat Inspector Josh Hedges on his 8 AM FSBO home inspection in Greensboro. Client flew in from California to join Josh. Client was concerned about this hurricane interfering with our inspection as he is flying back tomorrow. We assured him that we do our thing no matter what. Mold inspection and testing is included on this one and Josh can’t do exterior control samples in the rain. He will do those on Sunday when he picks up the radon monitor.
