Why are we doing this? Damaged homeowners may need this for numerous reasons. To determine the extent of damage and repairs necessary. To verify the repairs are completed properly. For peace of mind. This may be required by your insurance company as part of the repair process or to continue insurance or re-insure your home. Could be other reasons we haven’t foreseen. Whatever we will be ready and as active as needed.
All of our inspectors are certified mold technicians able to advise you on mold issues. We will also be offering mold inspections including air and swab samples but yet to determine how that will be handled as the lab expense is astronomical.
