Black Cat Inspector Josh Hedges on his 4 PM FSBO home inspection in Winston-Salem. Lots of interesting involvement with this one. Client, purchasing this home, across the street from theirs, requested Josh because he had inspected a commercial building she sold for the buyer. The Old Man Chris Hilton inspected this home for this seller in 2016 and that buyer's agent is now Josh's mother-in-law. Talk about a small world.
