Black Cat Inspector Josh Hedges on his noon inspection in Greensboro being purchased by a public entity we do many inspections for. This was interesting as the seller booked an inspection on the home they are purchasing and within a brief time the buyer of this home booked their inspection. Therefore Josh inspected the home this seller is purchasing on Monday and now this home he is selling for that buyer today.
